"...the only way to live an undefeated life is to live looking to God" -wow. Amen. We so need to be encouraged to put one spiritual foot in front of the other when we find ourselves in a lull.

What is God's call in my life? Which race am I running? Am I running well or puttering off somewhere?

"Our ordinary and reasonable service to God may actually compete against our total surrender to Him" - Wonderful thought provoking devotional today. Am I where I am because I see I'm useful there and it's logical for me to be there? Or am I where I know God wants me?

The third time he said to him, “Simon son of John, do you love me?” Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, “Do you love me?” He said, “Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Feed my sheep.
When's the last time I followed up with my own life obeying this command from Jesus? Lots of things happen that make me reflect on my love for Jesus; each blessing, each trial He carries me through... but am I working at pouring out into others? Good thoughts to ponder on today. Good time to make some new habits.
